Saturday, May 12, 2012 is the date of the traditional annual Lake States Railway Historical Association Banquet. It will be held at the Baraboo, WI, Arts Banquet Hall. Doors will open at 10:00 AM for check-in, viewing of exhibits keyed to the topic of the day, and an archives open house. A tasty buffet luncheon will be served at 12 noon, followed by brief reports of the Association's progress and highlights of the past year.

The featured program "Fairbanks Morse Locomotive Memories" will be presented by keynote speaker and LSRHA Vice-President Don Ginter.
Following the program the Lake States Archive will reopen to allow additional time for discussions and viewing of displays and new collections developments. These will include a recently-arrived historic Fairbanks Morse locomotive and Sheffield Car Company track speeder drawing collection donated by the Mid-Continent Railway Historical Society of North Freedom.
Price for the entire program will be $25.00 per person.
