Wisconsin River, Paper Mill, Vetters, in distance with squint is depot, then car shop and yard

Bright silver bridge behind rail bridge is pipe utiltity/sewer constructed 2 years ago.
Sewer pipe used to be suspended under rail bridge,
but new 45 mph speed limit shook apart pipe.

There is a train on the left, headlight shows, waiting at Highway P,
alongside of US Hiway 10. Original picture blurred.

Didn't know it was there until 8 hours later while looking at monitor.

Wind getting too gusty to continue flight.
