Afternoon Plover Patrol

Recently I've seen several return trips of the Plover Patrol (Wisconsin Rapids to Stevens Point via Plover) that ended in the daytime. This one arrived near the Point depot about 2:30pm. They pull west across the Wisconsin River and back into the yard.

About 20 double stacks, ?from Arcadia Furniture?
(how do they unstack these in Arcadia? I haven't been west of Rapids in 2 years to see this)

(and is there any city celebration this year in Taylor that might include a tour of the quarry?)
