Winter 2010,
Wisconsin's Korean War Veterans Memorial.

Plover, Wisconsin, USA

In the Summertime, this is almost an island surrounded by refreshing water.
Wintertime is more fitting for the memories of the worst winter of the conflict.

Flags fly over the memorial; for the US, South Korea, the UN, and the State of Wisconsin.

I left the camera on a normal setting, no overexposure like I normally do over snow, because the light concrete usually gets 'washed out'.
